Altura Clinical was founded by Mark King, who has spent close to 20 years in recruitment. He built the practice on a straightforward conviction: the best clinical hires come from relationships built over time, not from databases or job boards. Mark looks after our clients and the standards the practice runs on.
Sarah Woods manages candidate engagement across the practice. She is the first person a doctor speaks to and the one who stays with them through the whole process: the early conversations, the interviews, and the practical questions that come with relocating or changing roles. Doctors deal with one person who knows their situation properly, from first call to first day.
Between them sits one way of working. Understand what matters on both sides. Align the right doctor with the right opportunity. Be honest with everyone throughout.
